We want to implement this project because, as a Foundation working with and for young people, we want to constantly improve our competences and skills in order to offer them better and better solutions. As an organization with many foreign partners, we also have the opportunity to listen to the needs of other organizations, and thus we can meet them. When, during the last project "Design me" 2022-3-PL01-KA153-YOU-000102877, the opportunity arose to create a new project useful for a larger group of people, we knew that we wanted to help and provide our sister and friendly organizations with high-level assistance. The main goals of the project are: - increasing participants' communication skills, both in interpersonal relationships and in working with youth groups. The project is intended to help participants better understand communication processes and effectively use these skills in everyday work. - improving the effectiveness of youth workers in working with young people, through better communication, both individual and group, employees will be able to better understand the needs of young people, build trust and effectively support their development. - improving the ability to recognize and respond to non-verbal signals. - equipping participants with skills and tools for resolving conflicts and conducting negotiations, employees will be better prepared to deal with conflict situations, both in relations with young people and within the work group. - developing leadership skills among participants, people who have strong communication skills can more effectively act as leaders and inspirers for young people. - improving communication and teamwork skills among youth workers, as this translates into a higher quality of services offered by organizations and institutions dealing with youth. - creating a community of people working with youth who can support each other during the implementation of youth projects. - creating an environment in which young people feel safe and supported, which contributes to their positive development. - creating a work environment where open and effective communication is the norm.
