This project aims to develop team creation and management competences for youth workers. The objectives are to: Help participants gain a comprehensive understanding of group dynamics, covering group development stages, conflict resolution, communication, and motivation. Teach participants a minimum of 10 non-formal education techniques, including ice-breaking energizers, team and trust building activities, conflict resolution and collaboration methods. Enable participants to proactively prevent discrimination within their teams and establish an inclusive learning and working environment. Motivate participants to lead and implement non-formal methods tailored to the team's specific stage of development and requirements.
