The project focused on young people, especially NEET young people, with the goal of transforming their lives by providing them with practical tools and a positive outlook that could assist them in overcoming barriers associated with education, employment, and social participation. Emphasizing Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, the program intended to teach basic life skills including that of critical thinking, communication, time management, and belief in oneself, aiming at self-development as well as better employability. The main objectives focused more on lowering the NEET number of youth in Europe, promoting young people into decent work, and creating a more participatory society. This wonderful project was meant to be a solution for many pressing issues affecting the society like youth unemployment, social exclusion, poverty, and therefore, lead to an economically developed and civically engaged society. Moreover, the project intended to foster the objectives of Erasmus+ programme by addressing the needs of the disadvantaged groups, enabling youth engagement and providing quality learning experiences for the youth.
