Objectives

“A Sportive, Nutritive & Incluzive Community (#ASNIC)” was built around the idea of empowering young people from different countries to adopt healthier lifestyles and embrace intercultural learning, all while developing important personal and social competences. More specifically, the project aimed to: - Foster engagement in sports among 30 youths by providing hands-on experience in at least five different disciplines (e.g., climbing, indoor cycling, laser tag, bowling, and archery). This was done to encourage active living, improve teamwork skills, and spark interest in trying new forms of physical activity. - Improve nutrition awareness by equipping participants with practical knowledge on balanced diets and healthy food choices. Workshops, meal planning challenges, and daily discussions helped highlight how nutrition closely combines with sports performance, mental well-being, and overall vitality. - Strengthen social inclusion by creating a safe space in which participants from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds—especially those with fewer opportunities—could learn, collaborate, and bond. Through team-building exercises, intercultural evenings, and group reflection sessions, young people developed mutual understanding, built trust, and dismantled stereotypes. - Multiply good practices among all 6 partner organisations. A digital toolkit and a documentary were produced during the project to help disseminate successful methods for integrating sports, health education, and social inclusion back home. By sharing these resources widely, the partners intended to inspire new local initiatives, attract broader community support, and serve as a model for future Erasmus+ projects.
