“Unleash the creator” was a Training Course aimed at helping 28 youth workers from 7 different countries (Romania, Greece, Hungary, Portugal, Morocco, Italy and Turkey) in order to gain the competence of creating and managing more inclusive teams through non-formal artistic methods. Objectives: A. The participants enhanced their knowledge significantly about essential practices to be taken into account when working with disadvantaged young people, such as conflict resolution, group dynamics and vulnerability approach. B. The participants gained the skill of ensuring a non-discriminatory approach within the groups of young people they work with. C. The youth workers involved are now feeling more secure to integrate a more artistic approach of inclusive non-formal education techniques. Furthermore, it helped them to assist young people they work with in the process of integrating easier in the organisations, to offer a safe space for the young people with fewer opportunities where they are not being judged based on their appearance or background and express their authentic selves, discovered new innovative non-formal methods that can boost inclusion, and debated opinions and strategies about youth growth with other youth yorkers.
