Through this project, we aimed to achieve several important objectives in the context of working with young people. We set the following SMART objectives: O1: During the 11-day mobility, the 32 participants from 8 countries (Romania, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Latvia, Greece, Croatia, Italy, Spain) acquired solid knowledge of the basic principles of entrepreneurship, as demonstrated through the final evaluations. O2: By the end of the mobility, participants created and presented a brochure with 8 entrepreneurial development workshops based on non-formal methods for their own students, using the knowledge gained during the training. O3: By the end of the project, participants and partners developed 16 interinstitutional partnerships to continue collaboration in the field of entrepreneurship and to organize joint events. Additionally, the project promoted values such as entrepreneurship, creativity, resilience, and communication and collaboration skills among young people. We sought to inspire them to pursue their passions and develop innovative projects and ideas. Furthermore, we created a community of young entrepreneurs and leaders who actively engaged with their community's issues and contributed to its sustainable development. Through this project, we encouraged civic spirit and social responsibility among young people.
