Participants from 5 partner countries Romania, Turkey, Spain, Italy, Poland were involved in the Training Course „EmpowerED – non formal educational methods”, that had as a main objective to promote learning through non-formal methods, adapted to meet the specific needs of the participating organisations and the youth workers involved. The project aimed to provide improved skills and competences and to stimulate creativity and flexibility of youth workers in implementing non-formal youth activities. The objectives of this project were: 1. By the end of the project, the 25 youth workers to be able to choose, adapt and implement at least 5 non-formal education methods that meet the needs of the young people they work with. 2. Following the mobility, the 5 partner organisations to record an increase of min. 30% in the number of activities that youth workers propose and implement for youth groups, within an interval of 5 months. 3. During the 11 months of the project, the 25 youth workers to develop self-confidence and motivation to use non-formal methods in their daily work with young people.
