The project aimed to address the critical need for digital literacy among youth workers in an increasingly digitalized world. Recognizing the transformative impact of digital technology on both professional and personal dimensions, the project sought to equip youth workers with the skills and tools necessary to adapt to digital advancements and contribute to a greener, more sustainable future. Supporting the green and digital transitions, a key EU priority, was central to the project's purpose. The primary aim of the project was to deliver a 7-day training course designed to enhance the digital competencies of 30 youth workers. By focusing on data analysis and digital tools, the project intended to improve the efficiency and engagement of youth work practices. This approach aligned with the broader goal of enabling communities to benefit from sustainable digital transformations. Objectives of the project included: Enabling participants to understand the role of digital tools in promoting sustainability and environmental consciousness. Providing hands-on experience with digital tools and data analysis techniques to enhance youth work. Empowering youth workers to use digital storytelling to create engaging and interactive experiences for young people. Strengthening participants' analytical skills to identify opportunities for optimization in their work, leading to more efficient outcomes. Showcasing case studies and best practices to inspire and guide digital transformation in youth work. Through these objectives, the project aimed to build the capacity of youth workers to lead meaningful change in their communities by leveraging digital and green solutions.
