The project emerged from the necessity to tackle the increasing challenges that youth workers encounter in the modern digital landscape, where online interactions, technology misuse, and insufficient understanding of digital rights profoundly affect both young people and the practices of youth work. As AI continues to advance quickly and poses risks for misuse, it has become clear that youth workers require enhanced tools and knowledge to responsibly navigate this changing environment. This project focused on providing youth workers from nine different countries with vital skills and knowledge related to digital citizenship. We aimed to cultivate a more profound comprehension of digital rights and guarantee their effective promotion within youth work. The project aimed to educate participants on the ethical use of AI technologies, assisting them in optimizing their tasks, analyzing data, and generating creative solutions while thoughtfully assessing the effects of AI on their work. The project aimed to improve the quality of youth work through the introduction of new and creative digital participation methods. We aimed to enhance youth engagement and interaction in a digital world by examining ways to utilize technology for positive change. We also sought to enhance cultural awareness and deepen the connection to European values among youth workers, making sure their efforts embody inclusivity and respect for human rights.
