The overall objective of the project is to facilitate the access of young people with fewer opportunities to high quality digital educational opportunities in the field of AI . The specific objectives are: To pilot AI education e-learning platform as a resource for youth workers To engage young people with fewer opportunities in AI driven entrepreneurial opportunities To increase the opportunities for stable adulthood and responsible citizenship We have managed to create a free educational resource for young people with fewer opportunities that could help them transition into adulthood and become a valuable part of the community .
The rapid advancement of AI technologies opens up new avenues for design thinking and problem-solving. Young people with fewer opportunities lack the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively leverage AI in the creative process. Additionally, ethical considerations surrounding AI implementation remain a critical concern. Our programme on AI-driven design thinking for intrapreneurship, addressed these needs comprehensively. Youth workers are challenged with the lack of resources and support in the introduction of new and emerging technologies. The course provides learners with essential competences to integrate AI seamlessly into their design thinking processes while at the same time offering youth workers a ready to use tool for engagement of young people with fewer opportunities.
