The main goal of this project was to address the growing emotional intelligence challenges faced by young people and provide them with the necessary skills to manage their emotions in a healthy and safe way. We wanted to increase the participants' ability to recognise, understand and effectively regulate their emotions, as well as improve their communication skills, especially in the areas of empathic listening and self-expression. By designing and implementing this project, we hoped to contribute to improving mental well-being and social connectedness among young people, enabling them to cope more effectively with everyday challenges and build better relationships. The project also aimed to combat the negative effects of emotional suppression, social isolation and emotionless digital communication by providing participants with valuable tools to address these issues in both their personal and digital environments. Objectives: 1. Improve emotional intelligence: To help participants gain a deeper understanding of emotional intelligence, enabling them to recognise and manage their own emotions more effectively. 2. Develop emotional management skills: To equip participants with practical tools and techniques to manage a wide range of emotions in a healthy and constructive way. 3. Develop empathy and socialization skills: To emphasize the importance of understanding and relating to other people's emotions, thereby fostering stronger interpersonal relationships and more empathetic perceptions. 4. Improving conflict resolution skills: To equip participants with the skills to resolve conflicts and deal with difficult situations using emotional intelligence and empathy, which will contribute to healthier conflict resolution. 5. To promote emotional well-being: To provide participants with tools and practices that promote emotional well-being, techniques to manage stress, anxiety and social pressure, ultimately leading to a healthier and more balanced life.
