The goal of the project was to teach youth: how to prepare questions for an interview, how to conduct an interview, how to prepare and moderate a short talk show/event in a group, how to prepare a short stand-up/comedic story, techniques for overcoming fear, stage fright, stress, nervousness, uncertainty, and low self-esteem when speaking in public, what to do in the case of a "window moment" (when we forget what to say next). Another goal of our project was to create a short video where participants presented the skills and knowledge they acquired during the international exchange. To achieve these goals, we provided young people with mentoring and support from tutors/facilitators who are knowledgeable in language use, rhetoric, style, and psychology. Through this project, we aimed to motivate youth to actively engage in public and cultural life in their country, city, organization, or community, and to come up with their own ideas for events such as talk shows, interviews, stand-up, improvisation, and similar activities.
