The Trailblazers project aimed to enhance the quality and efficiency of youth work through the integration of AI technology. Our primary goal was to bridge the gap between traditional youth work practices and contemporary technological advancements, fostering innovation and lifelong learning among youth workers. The project sought to equip youth workers with foundational AI knowledge and practical skills for implementing AI tools in their daily work. Specific objectives included developing participants' ability to create AI-enhanced training modules, streamlining administrative tasks through AI implementation, and establishing a supportive network for ongoing professional development in AI-enhanced youth work.
