The "Tomorrow's YouthTech" project brought together seven partner organizations from Slovakia, Armenia, Türkiye, Lithuania, Portugal, Hungary, and Spain to improve digital skills in youth work. Participants shared knowledge, explored new ideas, and learned useful digital tools to adapt to modern technology. The project created a learning environment where youth workers could acquire and refine digital skills that were essential for navigating the complexities of modern technology. The main goal of the project was to equip youth workers with digital skills to mentor young people in a technology-driven world. The training course focused on closing the digital skills gap, helping youth workers use digital tools with confidence. This made youth work more engaging and improved communication and learning for young people. By strengthening their digital skills, youth workers became better guides, helping young people navigate technology and become more responsible digital citizens. We also focused on responsible online behavior and digital safety, ensuring that young people were educated on how to navigate the internet safely and ethically. Through the project , participants created toolkits with best practice guidelines that provided practical tips and methodologies for integrating digital skills into youth work. These resources were disseminated widely, helping to spread the project's impact beyond the immediate participants. By the project's end, the participating youth workers had not only enhanced their digital skills but also strengthened their ability to inspire and guide young people in using technology positively for personal growth and future success.Throughout the project, youth workers gained hands-on experience with digital tools for content creation, project management, and collaboration. Post-training surveys showed that 85% of participants felt more confident using these tools in their work. In addition, two participants developed their own digital literacy workshops in their home organizations, demonstrating direct application of their new skills. Our objectives were: To give youth workers better digital skills and knowledge so they could confidently use digital tools in their youth work. During the project, we successfully equipped youth workers with advanced digital skills that enabled them to effectively integrate technology into their daily activities. These sessions included practical exercises like setting up secure passwords and identifying fake profiles. As a result, youth workers returned to their communities better prepared to guide young people in maintaining their privacy and security online. To inspire and guide young people to use technology in a positive way for their own growth. We successfully engaged participants by incorporating gamification into our approach, turning technology into a fun and effective tool for their growth. Youth workers designed interactive challenges and competitions, encouraging the participants to apply what they learned in playful, yet practical ways.
