The aim of the project was to enable participants to discover their talents, find their dreams and start developing themselves personally through activities. In the project, we supported young people to know and want to express their opinions and attitudes. Through the project, we wanted to achieve that young people discover their talents, abilities, strengths and weaknesses and at the same time strengthen key competencies – initiative, entrepreneurship, the ability to work in a team, communicate effectively and develop digital skills. We believed that thanks to these abilities, they would be ready to actively engage in public events and participate in the life of their community, school, city, region or country. The students underwent team mentoring, during which the mentors developed their potential, helped them with the implementation of their projects and with the promotion of their ideas in the local community, school or village. We prepared students for real-life situations, taught them to perceive the needs of their surroundings, obtain necessary information, discuss their intentions, make the right decisions, as well as work with subsequent success or failure in promoting their own projects. Each of the project participants identified their TOP5 talents according to the CliftonStrengths methodology from Gallup and learned to use them within their active involvement in public life.
