Objectives

The intention of the project 4zet 2.0: Identify - Make visible - Establish - Change is to build a stable and effective tool for supporting the participation of young leaders and youth leaders from the pilot-tested program in identifying emerging needs of vulnerable groups and subsequently increasing the quality of life of vulnerable groups in society through the strengthening of direct civic involvement young people. The project builds on the experience from the first year of the program, in which we verified the innovative approach and concept of the program on a group of 12 young people. The 4zet program will be updated by the 4zet 2.0 project based on feedback from first-year graduates and supplemented with peer mentoring - first-year graduates will be peer mentors for second-year participants. This is an innovative element in which we want to strengthen and deepen the skills of graduates to motivate and pass on experience to new program participants. We thus create an opportunity to verify the concept of the program aimed at building a strong and sustainable community of "4zetkars". The goal of the project is to open the second year of the 4zet program, which guides young people to DISCOVER and VISIBILIZE the emerging needs of vulnerable youth groups and prepares them to ESTABLISH youth informal groups or youth non-governmental organizations with the vision of contributing to CHANGING the quality of life of young people. Specific objectives of the project: - To strengthen the civic and social competences of young people in the field of identification and communication of emerging needs of vulnerable youth groups - Create a space for training young/youth leaders by forming, establishing, leading and developing informal groups, or youth civil associations - Accompany young/youth leaders through the first steps in establishing their own informal groups or civil associations - Connect program graduates with new program participants, support peer mentoring
