Entrepreneurship has become an area that greatly affects the world economy today. Informing young people in this field and encouraging young people in this field will provide various micro and macro benefits, starting from local to global. To name a few of them; The first and most important of these is to enable young people to share their perspectives with the world. Because in this way, we will give young people the chance to make their voices heard by decision-makers and important business and brand owners. First, we take the first big step by training young people on how to present their ideas, bringing them together with other successful entrepreneurs, and enabling them to establish one-on-one dialogue. In this way, young people's self-confidence will improve and they will get out of the depression they enter due to hopelessness, and we will contribute to the Mental Health and Welfare item of the Youth Goals. The second benefit is; As young people transform their ideas into enterprises, they will have the opportunity to introduce themselves and their ideas in the field that provides the majority of the world economy. In this way, young people will contribute to the world economy. Two pillars of this contribution are important. First, when young people work in a job they dislike and are unqualified for, earning a minimum amount of money to survive, it harms their mental health and creativity. But this is just the tip of the iceberg. The main point to draw attention to here is that since they work "unwillingly", so to speak, in jobs for which they are not qualified, they cause more harm than good to both the business they work for and the country's progress. For this reason, when young people turn the ideas they create using their creativity into a job and a business, they will both work overtime voluntarily and use their time in the field they want, as their own boss, contributing to the development of their country and the world economy. Thus, it can be seen that our project also contributes to conscious time management. Because young people will make their unproductive time productive thanks to the training they will receive in our project and the network they will provide. With the implementation of our project, we aim to transform the ideas of young minds into projects and encourage the establishment of new generation, young start-up companies. In this regard, we will carry out our activity with 30 participants from 6 different countries plus 6 group leaders. The Youth Exchange envisaged in this project application will enable the participants to develop their knowledge capacity on the basic concepts related to this field, as well as the psychological and social developments necessary for their development in the field of entrepreneurship. In addition, the entrepreneur and investor role play activities to be held with the participants will prepare young people to meet decision-makers. Our main goal is to develop young people in presentation and public speaking, as well as to increase their knowledge and support them in becoming ready for interactive sessions with individuals who have a say in their fields. In this context, SHA.RE aligns with the goals of Erasmus and Youth exchange by encouraging and supporting the development of young people's personal development. It will also carry out studies to support the Work and Mental Health and Wellbeing for All items of the Youth goals.
