Our main objectives to achieve through the implementation of our project are quite comprehensive from the perspective of youth work practice. The key objectives of the project are as follows: ***Raising Cultural Diversity Awareness: We aim to enhance understanding, appreciation, and celebration of cultural diversity among young people. This will help participants communicate better with different cultures and reduce cultural biases. ***Developing Creative Expression Skills: We intend to boost young people's ability to express themselves creatively through artistic activities and creative expression tools. We will provide opportunities for them to explore and enhance their talents in areas such as music, dance, painting, and theater. ***Strengthening Social Responsibility and Collaboration Skills: Through social responsibility projects and collaborative activities, we aim to encourage active participation of young people in their communities and increase their sensitivity to societal issues. ***Promoting International Friendships: Bringing young people from different countries together and facilitating the formation of lasting international friendships is one of our goals. This will help young participants gain a global perspective. ***Facilitating Self-Discovery for Youth: We aim to provide young people with opportunities to take on leadership roles, develop organizational skills, and discover their own potential. ***Creating Sustainable Impacts: We not only intend to achieve project outcomes during the project's duration but also ensure their sustainability after the project concludes.
