Cultural Touches in the Colorful Journey of Digital Art: Kaleidoscope is a project that aims to bring together digitalization, one of the most critical requirements of our age, and art, which has been used by humanity as a channel to convey their feelings and thoughts since the earliest ages of history. In this age where everything is rapidly digitalized, humanity can access any information it wants easily and quickly. Thanks to this digital environment that virtually removes all the boundaries in the world, cultures, languages, and values merge, and a tremendous interaction is experienced. This shared space effect created by digitalization was captured by humanity long ago through art. Cultural Touches in the Colorful Journey of Digital Art: The Kaleidoscope project is planned with this awareness. In the Kaleidoscope project, where we act by seeing the expected share of digitalization and art, it is aimed to create a synthesis that will capture the needs of the age by bringing these two channels together. Thus, it aims to preserve the values of the past and open the door to the creative vision of the future by combining traditional art understanding with modern digital tools. The project participants, who will come together from different countries and cultures, will have the opportunity to get to know and experience the countries to be visited within the project's scope and acquire various cultural riches. On the other hand, they will have the opportunity to develop their digital art skills with the pieces of training to be given within the project, the opportunities to be created, and the gains they will acquire. The work and activities to be carried out will be carried out among the groups to be formed among 21 participants of different age groups to be selected from three different countries. In this way, it aims to create a positive impact within the framework of respect, love, and communication with different age and cultural groups by eliminating negative behaviors, such as peer bullying and culture clash, typical in the same age groups. In the first online phase of the project, participants will be trained in digital art, one of the most important skills of our age, and will have the opportunity to learn the basic principles of digital art. Through these trainings, participants will learn how to express their visual aesthetics in the digital environment and gain the skills to use various digital art tools. The participants will have the chance to experience different cultures in the places where they belong, thanks to the important places to be visited in Türkiye, and Italy in the other 2 phases of our project. Within the framework of different concepts determined for each country, the participants can present the concrete products of their experiences on various platforms by creating products such as photographs and short films about these cultures. In this way, the products of the trainings received within the project and the cultural interaction experienced will continue to exist as a permanent output. In our project, which offers a long-term and abundant experience opportunity, three different countries to be visited, and museums, historical places, magnificent landscapes, and artist studios within these countries are planned to be one of the most essential parts of our project. During these visits, where the participants will have the opportunity to experience the training they received in the first phase, it is aimed that the participants will gain different perspectives on the rich cultural textures of each country while nurturing their creativity. At each phase, it is planned that the products, such as photographs and short films that the participants will create in groups, will be exhibited and awarded with competitions. In addition to these small-scale exhibitions and competitions, it is aimed to create a permanent digital exhibition where the artistic products to be produced by the participants throughout the project process will be exhibited and to create NFTs about the products through a special website in addition to the digital exhibition. In addition to the tangible and permanent products created within the framework of the Kaleidoscope project, it is aimed that the most basic and most significant gain from the project will be the opportunity to get to know different countries closely to interact with various cultures and meet these cultural riches. Our project aims to provide the participants with a worldwide perspective, not only from an artistic point of view but also from a humanitarian and cultural one, through in-depth experiences.
