The main topic of the project is to improve the social inclusion processes of young people with disabilities and to include them more in areas such as sports and art activities. In this context, increasing the social inclusion of young people with disabilities, reducing social isolation and supporting them to overcome barriers is one of the main focal points of the project. In the project, in addition to the activities to be carried out in areas such as sports and art activities, studies will be carried. out on how to make the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ programme accessible to young people with disabilities and how to make use of these opportunities. In addition, increasing the capacities of youth workers working with young people with disabilities and sharing their knowledge and experiences in this field are also among the important objectives of the project. In the project, establishing co-operations and networks at local, national and international level will also be an important strategy to increase the social inclusion of young people with disabilities and provide them with more opportunities. Through these collaborations, different stakeholders will come together to develop projects and programmes that will have a positive impact on the lives of young people with disabilities. The objectives we aim to achieve by implementing the project can be summarised under the following main headings: 1. Increasing Participation and Social Integration of Youth with Disabilities: We aim to increase the participation of young people with disabilities in social, cultural and educational activities so that they become more active and integrated individuals in society. We will provide appropriate platforms and opportunities to support the presence of young people with disabilities in society. 2. Increasing the Capacity of Youth Workers: Through trainings and guidance for youth workers, we aim to provide them with the necessary knowledge, skills and understanding to work more effectively with young people with disabilities. In this way, we will encourage youth workers to work more effectively with young people with disabilities. 3. Increasing Accessibility and Participation: We will ensure that the activities in the project such as sports, art activities and international exchange programmes are made accessible and easy to participate in for young people with disabilities. In this way, we will encourage more participation of young people with disabilities in these activities. 4. Raising Awareness and Understanding: We aim to raise awareness about disability among youth workers and young people, break stereotypes and develop a positive approach. In this way, we aim to positively influence society's perception of people with disabilities. 5. Promoting International Cooperation and Cultural Exchanges: Through the Erasmus+ programme, we aim to strengthen international cooperation by enabling young people and youth workers from different countries to come together in the project and experience cultural exchanges. This will promote cultural diversity and international solidarity. 6. Creating Sustainable Impacts: We aim to create sustainable impacts by providing resources, guidelines and other materials to ensure that the project results and recommendations last. In this way, we aim to continue the impacts even after the end of the project. With these objectives, we aim that our project will make a significant contribution to increase the integration of young people with disabilities into society from a youth work perspective, strengthen the skills of youth workers and promote cultural exchange through international co-operations.
