With the implementation of our project, it was aimed to raise awareness on topics such as climate change, sustainability, and migration related to environmental impacts, and to strengthen the knowledge, skills, and cooperation capacities of youth workers in this field. In addition to this main objective, the project also aimed to enable youth workers to observe and internalize European Union values on-site, support organizations in developing new international collaborations, promote the concept of “youth worker,” and increase awareness of the Erasmus+ programme. In line with these objectives, the following targets were identified and achieved: Improving participants’ knowledge and understanding of climate change and sustainability through group work Enabling knowledge and experience sharing among participants from different countries, age groups, and professions, thereby strengthening mutual understanding and empathy Encouraging participants to use their skills in resource development, creativity, and imagination by designing games, energizers, and group activities that they can use in their local work Strengthening participants’ teamwork and joint problem-solving skills by approaching potential future challenges from different perspectives Supporting the development of individual awareness, social responsibility, and active citizenship among participants Enhancing participants’ ability to work and communicate in multicultural environments through intercultural learning experiences Improving the institutional capacities of organizations in terms of human resources, building international connections, and communication with young people Increasing participants’ knowledge about the core principles, opportunities, and impact of the Erasmus+ Programme in the field of youth
