"The most important reasons for wanting to realize the project are as follows: Lack of knowledge about CAM (Complementary and Alternative Medicine) among young people and youth workers. For those who have knowledge, there is a risk of harming themselves and their surroundings with incorrect and incomplete information. We want to reduce and prevent this risk by creating an environment for them to encounter accurate, reliable, and quality information, increasing their awareness, and making them aware of their existing biases. In this regard, our goals include bringing together participants from different countries to understand CAM practices, the situation in their countries, integrating its effects with modern medicine, utilizing it correctly, recognizing incorrect and incomplete information, and effectively communicating and transferring this information. The concrete outcome of the project will be the creation of a guide. Through this guide, participants will play an active role in accessing accurate and reliable information. Our project addresses the themes of Erasmus+ related to maintaining physical and mental well-being, digitalization, quality and innovative learning for all. At the same time, due to the opportunity to have participants from various sectors and cultures together, it is also compatible with the principles of inclusivity and incorporation. In Turkey, a partnership will be established with the Ministry of Health, CAM application centers, universities, Provincial Health Directorates, municipalities, and experts in the field, bringing participants together with experts. The gains of the project include: Maintaining and sustaining physical and mental health and well-being, Ensuring equal inclusion and benefit opportunities for young people, Supporting participant diversity and equal access for potential beneficiaries, Developing digital skills to generate new projects and ideas, Equality in opportunities through access to reliable and accurate information, Aligning with the goals of quality and innovative youth work. With this project, we aim to achieve the following objectives: *Supporting everyone's access to accurate and reliable health information protection, *Ensuring access to reliable and accurate information about the use of plants and complementary medicine methods through the guide that will be created, *Instilling a habit of conscious consumption of natural products in society, *Supporting the transformation of prejudices about traditional and complementary medicine, *Creating awareness about incorrect information and uninformed use of traditional and complementary medicine, *Informing young people about the opportunities of the Erasmus+ program and guiding them to participate, *Creating cross-cultural learning, active participation, development of digital skills, solidarity, and cooperation network."
