In the meetings held by our Leading Youth Group focusing on youth issues, it has been observed that formal learning methods are the cause of the weakness of young people. For this reason, gamification has been researched as a more effective and permanent learning method. Gamification is the optimization of game elements as their use in education. With the developments in technology, the content of learning has changed and problems such as lack of motivation have emerged. To solve these problems, educators started using gamification. Research shows that gamification increases initial motivation and performance. The GLEY project aims to make learning more effective by centralizing the applications and gamification of young people's educational experiences. The project involves introducing advanced teaching methods, developing critical thinking and communication abilities, and making learning more engaging. It also plans to address the needs of event organizations and implement gamification methods.
