This project aimed to strengthen the knowledge, experience, and international cooperation capacity of youth workers in today's globalized world. While the access to information is rapidly increasing, it is of vital importance that young people transfer their academic and professional knowledge into practice, share experiences internationally, and establish sustainable connections. It went by the title "Internationalization through Knowledge and Experience" and had the purpose of increasing the awareness of youth workers in the development of international relations, experience-sharing, and knowledge transfer. The project aimed at equipping participants with competencies in intercultural dialogue, teamwork, social entrepreneurship, digital skills, and sustainability. It brought together youth workers from different countries, enabling them to exchange experiences, develop a common learning culture, and practically apply new methods in their future work with young people. Thus, it enhanced internationalization capacity at both the individual and institutional level, while promoting more participatory, inclusive, and innovative approaches in the field of youth work.
