The project aimed to strengthen MOVEO’s capacity in adult education through three objectives: integrating innovative technologies into teaching, building staff competences via job shadowing with experienced organisations, and improving community outreach by learning EU policies, positioning MOVEO as a local hub for inclusion and lifelong learning.
MOVEO is a Vienna-based NGO promoting social sustainability and inclusion of people with disabilities. Since 2017, it has developed creative, non-formal learning programmes and EU projects addressing accessibility, employability, and equal rights. Through this project, MOVEO aimed to strengthen its adult education role, acquire new skills in lifelong learning, and expand its offer for disadvantaged groups.
