Objectives

The main objective of the project was to enhance the quality and sustainability of inclusive arts and cultural education for visually impaired adults through international mobility and strategic partnerships. The focus was on acquiring and adapting innovative teaching methods, transferring European best practices, further developing individualised and accessible learning offers, and strengthening the use of assistive and digital technologies.

Background

The project was implemented for people with visual impairments. It was based on the recognition that cultural participation for visually impaired adults requires not only physical accessibility but also the systematic development of didactic, methodological and technological approaches. Hilfsgemeinschaft saw the need to transfer European best practices and to integrate innovative accessible methods in arts and cultural education.
