2024-1-AT01-KA151-YOU-0002356252024Mobility of young people for accredited organisationsongoing
Countries: AT · Grant: €193,519

Objectives

Through the implementation of the mobility activities funded as part of our Erasmus+ accreditation, we sought to sustainably advance our organization’s international youth work and to offer young people and youth workers high-quality international learning opportunities. The youth exchanges and professional mobility programs served to implement the goals set out in the activity plan in a long-term and strategic manner. The focus was on promoting European values such as democracy, solidarity, diversity, and human rights, as well as strengthening participation, intercultural understanding, and active civic engagement. At the same time, young people were encouraged to further develop their personal, social, and professional skills, gain self-confidence, and strengthen their ability to take on responsibility and actively contribute to their communities. A particular emphasis was placed on involving young people with fewer opportunities, as well as on carrying out mobility activities in rural areas. Through these efforts, we sought to break down barriers to international mobility and enable as many young people as possible to access European educational and exchange opportunities. In addition, we pursued the goal of continuously improving the quality of youth work through the international exchange of methods and experiences. The professional mobility programs strengthened the competencies of the participating youth workers, fostered the development of long-term European partnerships, and helped to sustainably integrate innovative approaches to non-formal education into our work. Overall, the project made a significant contribution to the implementation of our Erasmus+ accreditation, the further development of our organization and its international cooperation, and the creation of sustainable international learning and cooperation opportunities for young people and professionals.
