We discovered that people in the Danube Region do NOT know much about the cultures, habits and details of their neighbours. Their people seem generally NOT interested to travel to visit each other. There exist even stories about some "mean" or "unsuitable" features of people in the "other" countries in the region, even dislikes and many other prejudices. We wanted to limit or even prohibit the growth of such prejudices by inviting youngsters from these countries young enough before such prejudices develop or foster, having a leisure and interesting summer camp together - meeting each other, enjoying various activities and excursions together, increasing their skills/competences in various fields, and learn together about the European Union, Human Rights, about the environment (sustainable) and about the other participating countries in this AUSTRIAN CANUBE-CAMP 2024 (ADC24).
