The project's objectives from the perspective of youth work practice were centred around fostering a growth mindset, enhancing creative expression, encouraging active participation, boosting self-confidence, as well as developing effective communication skills among young individuals. By achieving these objectives, the project aimed to empower youth to realise their full potential and become active contributors to their communities. More specifically: - Fostered a Growth Mindset, cultivating a perspective that viewed challenges as opportunities for growth and embraced failure as a natural part of the learning process; - Enhanced Creative Expression, providing young people with opportunities to explore and develop their creative abilities across various domains, including arts, innovation and problem-solving; - Encouraged Active Participation, emphasising the importance of involving young people in decision-making processes and empowering them to become agents of change within their communities; - Boosted Self-Confidence, enabling young individuals to assert themselves, express their ideas and take on leadership roles.
