After participating in a Partnership Building Activity in Sweden and meeting partner organisations, the project coordinator of the organisation was more motivated to develop a project based on the necessity to organize more sustainable projects that have a longer duration and serve the needs of people that are neither in education, employment or training (NEET). All partner organisations have been working with groups in NEET status and have experienced the struggles to access and address their needs and for that they have been directly aiming to implement projects that support their inclusion, their engagement and their empowerment. Ultimately, this Partnership Building Activity aimed to bring together organisations working with people in NEET, wishing to use different methodologies in their work, such as the Loesje creative writing methodology from the Loesje groups or sport and entrepreneurship from the partners from Serbia and Romania, and developing KA2 cooperation partnerships addressing the needs for the people in NEET. The objectives of the project were: - Explore ways on how to reach people in NEET - Explore Erasmus+ program, especially KA2 as possibility for longer projects for NEETs - Create a network of organizations interested in working with people in NEET -Create 3 project ideas that will be developed in concrete project and applied in next deadlines
