Objectives

Recognizing that young individuals predominantly think in visual terms, we have pinpointed the necessity to enhance the manner in which educational content is conveyed, making it more comprehensible to young learners. Youth workers and leaders frequently encounter challenges in maintaining the attention of young people during meetings, presentations, and workshops. Through this project, we will aim to instruct youth workers on how to utilize graphic facilitation as a learning tool and how to implement it in youth activities across Europe. Given the prevalent misconception that one must be an artist to draw, our focus will be on enhancing the visual communication skills of trainers and youth workers by convincing them that everyone has the ability to draw. The principal subject of this project is to introduce learning tools and techniques for graphic facilitation, with the main goal of improving the quality of implementation of youth mobility projects within the framework of Erasmus+. Participants in this project will learn how to convey their ideas in a graphical and visual manner as an effective method for learning, which includes developing drawing skills, enhancing creative thinking, and empowering participants for their further professional development through the use of creativity and innovative methods. Our primary objective is to enhance the visual thinking abilities of trainers and facilitators, to teach them the necessary skills, and to provide them with the visual tools needed for their work with youth. After this project, participants will be able to create their facilitation toolkit that can be utilized in their future activities for delivering knowledge and information to young learners.
