Making smart decisions today could set up the world’s young people for success in the green jobs of tomorrow. Young people in the whole of Europe can and should play a crucial role in creating the change required to ignite innovations that lead to sustainable development outcomes. This leads to opportunities for youth entrepreneurship in green economies, as today’s youth are tomorrow’s entrepreneurs, and enhancing their green entrepreneurial intention will contribute to the sustainable development of the economy in general in the future. We are using green entrepreneurship as the main priority and topic of the project as green entrepreneurship is at the moment seen as an entrepreneurial process of identifying and creating “unrealized” products and services that promote sustainable development of the environment, helps to reduce the damage to natural resources, solve environmental problems, provide new employment opportunities. which further help in promoting sustainable social and economic development. Moving to a green economy means not only increased green scaling and green jobs, but also a new type of entrepreneurship, new ideas, new innovation, new businesses, equal new economic opportunity. The latest researches shows that while green entrepreneurship is nascent, it's growing at a faster rate than overall entrepreneurship globally. And it's not just in sectors traditionally thought of as green, green founders are also leading the charge in architecture, design, finance, and software. The most important issues of today are protecting the environment and leaving a clean environment to future generations. It is important for the development of green entrepreneurship that the viewpoint of the society toward nature and green production is changing day by day and promoting it. This will naturally bring with it the importance an importance of vital issues such as conservation of energy and green, recycling gaining importance, promoting reusability and the development of the economy. The needs that we recognized as a consortium were directly communicated from our youth workers, staff members and volunteers, in general individuals from our organisations who are involved in daily youth work activities. They were addressing that their skills for involvement of sustainable and green practices, especially those based on innovative approaches such as circular economy, are not at the satisfying level and that they are not able to improve situations in their local communities with type of the activities they can implement. They also noticed that they are missing practical curriculums or similar educational resources that will help them organize practical workshops with youngsters on a daily basis. Those recognized needs were addressed through the project objectives: - Increasing the competencies and abilities of 18 youth workers from 3 partner organisations for implementation of youth work activities based on ecologically innovative approaches in youth work - Developing capacities of partner organisations involved for the development of new and upgrade of existing youth work activities combining sustainability, circular economy and entrepreneurship at both local and international levels - Promotion of the Erasmus+ Program as an opportunity for youth workers and young people in the EU and WB countries, as well as promotion of the Youthpass certificate as a learning recognition tool - Implementation of multiplication educational workshops in local communities of partner organisations with an aim to promote project results to the wider community
