The project "30 Years of Ö-ropa" aims to promote European education in Austria on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Austria's membership in the European Union. Through an interactive traveling exhibition with workshops and quiz evenings, we seek to enlighten and inform people across Austria about the past 30 years, while also providing a platform to engage with EU councilors. This initiative, combined with street campaigns, information booths, six regular meet-up and exchange evenings, visits to institutions in Austria, and four panel discussions with eyewitnesses, along with a trip to Brussels, offers a comprehensive jubilee year in 2025. The goal is to help the younger generation learn more about Austria before joining the EU and thereby highlight the actual benefits of EU membership.
