The aim is to anchor person-centeredness as a key competence in higher education nursing programs in German-speaking countries (Austria, Germany, Italy [South Tyrol], Switzerland). To this end, a competency model is to be developed as the basis for a didactic material folder for promoting person-centered competencies in teaching, strategies for developing a person-centered teaching and learning culture, a concrete evaluation plan and a toolbox for implementing the evaluation.
