The main aim of the project "LEAD-IN - Leadership Empowerment and Development for Inclusive Education in Europe" is to have strong school leaders in socially challenged schools with targeted inclusive leadership skills and peer-learning opportunities. The project also aims to have school leaders as part of national and international networks and learning communities, sharing their expertise and exchanging views and solutions to specific common challenges.
