Objectives

Participating in the Erasmus+ programme aimed at the personal and professional development of pupils, in a spirit of openness to European cultures and practices. Coming from farming families with limited mobility, the pupils need to gain confidence and open up to other social environments. Mobility programmes, in France and other countries, also enable the school to discover different teaching practices, improve the quality of training and strengthen partnerships.

Background

Our school aims to offer its pupils from rural backgrounds a professional and homestay immersion in foreign agriculture in order to broaden their horizons, foster cultural openness, adaptability and an awareness of European values. This experience will enrich their technical skills through the discovery of regional practices, digital agricultural technologies and a comparative educational approach, which will benefit the development of our training programmes.
