Through this project we achieved three key goals: our teachers learned and applied new digital tools and methods, helping to bridge the generational gap within the team. Their international outlook was broadened through collaboration with Portuguese colleagues. They also discovered and integrated new artistic techniques into their lessons, resulting in richer learning experiences and a stronger network for future exchanges.
Podiumacademie Lier is an academy for music, drama, and dance with 3,400 students and 180 teachers. We provide high-quality arts education with a strong focus on inclusion and talent development. The digitalisation and internationalisation of our education require fresh impulses. This project offered the opportunity to share expertise with our Portuguese partner, enriching our vision of contemporary arts education and strengthening it for the future.
