The main objective of the OPEN FEEDBACK CULTURE is to create an entrance into this field for non-experts and provide them with sufficient knowledge and skills to creatively and consciously use introduced tools. The tool is dedicated to SME managers and employees. Because of the fact that the OFC is relatively new, the tools developed will also have value for trainers/coaches and students. Giving the OFC to companies will open them to new possibilities.
