The OMIMOPM project aims to identify and reduce the gap in general project management skills for low- and medium-skilled work-aged adults, with special attention to visually impaired learners. The project does this by providing them with better access to continuous vocational education and training tailored to their profile. In doing so, it aims to reduce the project management skill shortage in the EU labor market and empower these learners to improve their job security & career opportunities.
