Objectives

Green'art was an inclusion and awareness-raising project, an opportunity that young people seized to express themselves through art. We addressed the major challenges of our generation in a touching and original way. Through this project, young people had the opportunity to ask questions and better understand current issues. We encouraged youth initiative, but also tolerance, respect, teamwork, creativity, and the joy of living together. Our objectives were: -To propose solutions and ideas to resolve, improve, or avoid current problems related to ecological and environmental issues, inclusion, discrimination, etc. -To create educational tools (logbook, educational garden and hive, insect hotels) that are useful and easy to use for everyone. -To deepen knowledge about interculturality. We wanted young people to discover other cultures and deconstruct stereotypes. All of this was made possible thanks to the group activities, the international evening, the traditional meals from each country, the philosophical aperitifs, the energizing morning activities, etc. -Understanding the importance and effectiveness of non-formal education. -Having a good time together, building friendships between participants, and strengthening existing relationships between partners. -Developing each participant's personal skills and inspiring young people to become active participants in today's and tomorrow's lives. -Sharing each participant's specific expertise on the themes of migration, discrimination, art, and the environment. All of this was made possible thanks to our workshops: -Logbook and educational kit: These tools summarized our discussions and creations, and allowed all participants to disseminate and use the results of our project. -Musical workshop: The young people created a soundtrack to address the themes of our discussion. The emphasis was on the participants' collaboration to create the sound. The awareness-raising aspect was defined by the group, and physical and musical expression was the main lever for raising awareness among a specific audience about ecological issues and environmental protection. -Educational workshops: the garden/vegetable patch, insect hotels, and the beehive were designed for the thousands of young people and children who attend the center each year. They will allow them to learn more about the disappearance of bees and the associated risks. -Painting/graffiti/photography workshop: a workshop combining reflection and learning different artistic techniques related to current issues. -Floral'art workshop: creation of floral works conducive to reflection and empowerment. -Board game workshop: multilingual board game related to the theme of our educational exchange. Participants had the opportunity to discover methods to enhance their ecological approach in daily life, to meet, learn, and explore each other's strengths and values, to discover their own potential, use their creativity, and implement ecological practices in their immediate environment. The specific objectives of the project were also to help each other better understand the existing ecological methods that participants applied in their daily lives, to share ecological practices in national contexts, to discover new perspectives on sustainability through art and discussion, to raise awareness of each other's personal realities, and to create personal (introspective) objects expressing their emotions, perspectives, and creativity regarding ecological living.
