Our main objectives are LEARN, EXPLORE, EMPOWER and INCLUDE. With "the learning by doing-method" we give the people involved the opportunity and possibility to accomplish these objectives. By giving the team and permanent youthworkers in mu-zee-um the possibility to get inspired by other organisations and museums in Europe in their (innovative) working methods, their target groups and their way of looking towards education and youthwork and give them the possibility to grow together as an organisation. But also by giving youngsters (with fewer opportunities) the chance to experience intercultural learning, social integration, build a network and get involved in another culture, stimulate intercultural dialogue and break down prejudices or to organise things themselves, with support and on a low threshold. By helping other organisations in taking their first (or later) steps in the Erasmus+ adventure by taking them on the road towards great projects, changing lives and in the end a better world. By helping all people and organisations involved (including ourselves) to see and feel their self-worth and to believe that everyone is an added value to society. On the other hand we want to give our own organisation the opportunity to grow in all of this. To take steps towards our main goal and that is to make the organisation as inclusive as possible, by being an open house where everyone feels welcome, where there is an atmosphere of mutual respect and where everyone feels free to explore arts. And where participants and people involved reflect the society. We are motivated and enthusiastic to continue this in the future.
