Objectives

Our projects focus on cultural exchange between young people from various European countries and how they can make theatre in a safe environment. In doing so, we not only want to facilitate encounters between them, and finding ways to let them taste each other's culture and talents, but also exploring how youngsters can find ways to make a theatre performance, overcoming obstacles like languages differences, fear of letting go and showing yourself, etc.. We facilitate this by, on the one hand, giving young people abroad the opportunity to build up expertise by attending workshops and seminars, participating in performances on a project basis or producing their own production locally or in/with another country. We want to offer a professional framework in which they are given organisational, artistic, logistical and mental guidance. We also want to increase international collaborations and connections with this project. We want to offer young people the opportunity to get to know like-minded people from Europe and learn to work with them. In pursuing this objective, we also aim to encourage participants to independently develop future projects that will further contribute to the internationalisation of our sector. During the first year of this accreditation, we are establishing opportunities for youth workers and youth work volunteers to engage in international exchanges. Through this project, we seek to provide a platform where young people and youth workers can actively participate in international initiatives. Furthermore, our goal is to empower young people to initiate their own international exchanges and to facilitate these activities through the framework of our accreditation.
