Main objective:To enhance the professional capacity of members and NART by implementing innovative methods and creating an inclusive classroom environment. Specific objectives To improve the qualifications of 14 NART trainers in integrating AI, digital innovations, critical thinking, and education for a sustainable future, while developing their digital, “green,” and intercultural competencies. To strengthen NART’s capacity in facilitating transnational exchange of knowledge and best practices.
NARU has many years of experience in supporting inclusive education and the professional development of specialists working with children with SEN. In line with our goal of improving the quality of the educational process, we provide our trainers with opportunities to participate in training initiatives. The project included 2 trainings of trainers who built on comprehensive knowledge and development as trainers in the application of digital tools, AI, environmental education and sustainability.
