By this mobility, the library plans to solve the problems at hand, to improve the qualifications and awareness of its employees, to catalyze a process of self-motivation and generate new ideas based on the experience gained, as well as to build on its experience and competencies in the field of service and training. The opportunity to observe and participate in the work processes of similar organizations from other countries helps to improve the current level of work and creativity of our staff.
The aim of the Erasmus+ project "Bulgarian-Polish Library Exchange or How Libraries Work in Lublin, Poland", which was implemented by the Petko R. Slaveykov Regional Library - Veliko Tarnovo, is to facilitate the interlibrary exchange of ideas and best practices in the library sector, as well as to improve the foreign language training of librarians.
