Through the implementation of this project, we aim to bolster the organization's development, enabling us to address the learning needs of our target group in a more effective and sustainable way. Our objectives are to: - Empower organization's staff members with advanced E-tutoring skills to enhance online education delivery. - Elevate the educational experience and international cooperation of the organisation through developing the skills of 2 staff members in project design.
Through a comprehensive organisational SWOT analysis, the staff pinpointed the necessity of adapting to digital learning trends to develop cost-effective, flexible, and accessible lifelong learning courses. Our project writers require further training in the field of cooperation partnerships to create competitive proposals. By initiating a mobility project focused on enhancing the skill sets of our staff in e-tutoring and project design, we can actively meet the growing demands of our learners.
