Objectives

The project is part of the organization's accreditation plan in the "Youth" sector, which lasts until 2027. The plan, and in this case, the implemented activities, are aimed at achieving the following goals: 1. Updating and improving the competencies of non-profit youth organizations in helping young people get a chance to get a job online and be prepared for different working conditions, in accordance with the current specifics of the labor market. 2. Increasing the capacity of non-governmental organizations to help young people increase their personal initiative to implement entrepreneurial ideas. 3. To ensure the necessary understanding of current trends in the labor market, remote work and the competencies it requires. 4. To increase the ability of non-governmental organizations to support young people living in remote regions, as well as in smaller settlements with an underdeveloped labor market, to consult them on overcoming the challenges they face when looking for a job. 5. To improve understanding of the social, linguistic and cultural differences that arise when working online. 6. To create a more modern and professional environment in organizations: readiness to integrate new and quality practices and methods of work. The goals formulated in this way are in line with the goals of the organization, important for us in the last few years - increasing the capacity of youth organizations to work with young people, aimed at overcoming youth unemployment and ensuring employment, including developing personal and professional competencies related to the current requirements of the labor market in a European context. This is a long-term mission of the organization. In the implementation of the activities of the last year, we added a new emphasis - caring for human resources in youth organizations and creating competencies to overcome negative phenomena such as stress and the so-called "burnout".
