Participants developed resilience, emotional balance, and self-awareness through yoga, meditation, and outdoor activities. The project concluded with the creation of practical action plans for implementing mindfulness techniques and eco-friendly habits in youth work. M2: Youth Exchange – Boardgaming with a Cause The project aimed to use board game design as an innovative tool to develop critical thinking, creativity, and constructive dialogue among young people. Through a series of practical workshops and group activities, participants explored the principles of game design, storytelling, and visual communication, applying their knowledge to create their own board games. This approach encouraged analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and teamwork. The project combined non-formal education methods with creative processes, fostering self-expression and active participation in group discussions. Working in mixed teams enhanced intercultural understanding and strengthened the sense of European identity. As a result, participants improved their collaboration and communication skills and gained confidence in their creativity. M3: Training Course – Wild Roots The project focused on developing youth workers through experiential learning in nature. Using non-formal education methods, participants enhanced their survival, navigation, sustainability, and teamwork skills. The initiative created a space for experience exchange, encouraged environmental awareness, and supported the formation of an active network of young leaders inspired to apply nature-based and sustainable practices in their professional work. M4: Youth Exchange – Out-Grow The project aimed to promote personal growth, environmental awareness, and physical activity through diverse outdoor experiences and active engagement with nature. Participants took part in a joint eco-initiative, improving a youth space created during a previous project, while also participating in yoga and creative workshops. The program encouraged both physical activity and emotional balance. Through learning by doing, reflection, and teamwork, young people deepened their understanding of the link between sustainable living, environmental care, and personal well-being. The project emphasized responsibility, teamwork, and the benefits of outdoor activity for mental health. Through shared activities and intercultural exchange, participants exchanged experiences, values, and practices, fostering mutual respect and a sense of European solidarity. The exchange demonstrated that connecting with nature and collaborating across cultures can lead to lasting personal growth and greater social engagement among young people.
