We created this concept, convinced of the urgent need for a new, different form of support for the youth community. This conviction is the result of a wide range of interactions with young people over the past five years. Fulfilling the main goal of the project, we focused the attention of young people on three goals that we defined in the accreditation plan, namely - to "ignite" their desire for conscious and responsible social inclusion, to open the discussion on green policies and to end it with visionary thinking, decisions and readiness for youth unity, and third, but not least - to integrate in all activities the approaches of modern education and contemporary methods for building 21st century skills, which are key for sustainable development, life and well-being on Earth. We have put the focus on EU youth policies as a reflection of the care for young people in Europe. We showed the 11 goals defined in the EU Youth Strategy (2019-2027) from various perspectives, so that the young people we reached with the implementation of the project largely felt their role, felt their importance for socio-economic and geopolitical processes, understood the meaning of the open dialogue for youth and the deep essence of the appeal "We need Youth" sent from the highest level, the Council of Ministers. Representing essentially a European plan for prosperity and the future, deployed in the new realities (global crises and hybrid interventions), all this turned out to be a direct hit at the core of the interests of young people and naturally provoked their activity, initiative, and desire to participate in youth exchange activities and social inclusion in general. Through this perspective, we "awakened" their internal compass for conscious responsibility. That is why we are confident that the young people received their lasting sense of commitment and contribution to the community and humanity. In this regard, the activities carried out have undoubtedly led to: • a more active attitude of young people towards significant public issues, in the ability to defend a civic position, to participate in democratic processes, and to feel empowered through social inclusion (level 8.5 on a scale from 0 to 10, established through the online survey and research platform sli.do) • improved digital skills and flexibility when working in a real and digital environment, increased security in digital activity, and the ability to integrate analog and digital approaches in everyday communication (level 8.3 on a scale from 0 to 10, established through the online survey and research platform sli.do); • a feeling of greater confidence declared by all participants in their own abilities to have a real impact on processes that depend on managerial and political will; • increased level of knowledge in various areas of high public interest in terms of technology, artificial intelligence, and circular economy (level 8.6 on a scale of 0 to 10, established through the online survey and research platform sli.do); young people improved their competencies and gained key knowledge on the topics covered by the project; • increased level of personal motivation to participate in future (formal/non-formal/informal) education for more in-depth knowledge on the topics of the project (level 7.8 on a scale of 0 to 10, established through the online survey and research platform sli.do); • improved skills for creating and managing online information campaigns, creating virtual spaces and communities with a common cause and impactful approaches; • a feeling of freer communication and better foreign language competencies declared by all participants (level 9.8 on a scale of 0 to 10, established through the online survey and research platform sli.do); • at least twice as high a level of intercultural awareness (level 10 on a scale from 0 to 10, established through the online survey and research platform sli.do); Therefore, we believe that throughout the implementation period, we adhered to the set goals and fulfilled them with the highest possible degree of contribution that the project added to all youth policies for development, construction, and sustainability.
