Goal 1: Increasing the readiness of young people for active participation in socio-economic life – through non-formal learning, international mobilities and developing programs that build social and civic skills. Goal 2: Increasing sensitivity to climate change – through activities and campaigns that develop environmental responsibility, critical thinking and change in the attitudes and behavior of young people. Goal 3: Improving the quality of youth work and developing the capacity of youth workers – through training, developing and implementing innovative tools and methods, building sustainable professional networks. All these goals are directly related to the needs identified by the organization, namely: social isolation and low activity of young people; climate challenges and low awareness; insufficient development of youth work and the professional capacity of youth workers.
