Objectives

Our project aimed to address one of the most pressing needs of young people today – improving the quality of life by building healthy habits, making effective use of time, and developing a more sustainable lifestyle. We started from the understanding that the kind of person we were and the level of happiness we experienced were directly connected to our perspectives and the way we chose to spend our time. In the fast-paced world of technology, young people often struggled to organize their daily lives effectively, which led to social inadequacy, dissatisfaction, and health problems. Poor diet, sedentary lifestyle, lack of sleep, and high levels of stress directly affected their physical and mental well-being. In response to these challenges, we structured the project under the overall theme of “quality of life,” which included all these interconnected aspects. Our main goal was to help young people recognize their unfavorable habits and to develop skills that would allow them to improve their lifestyle and lead a healthier and happier life. The specific objectives of the project were: To train young people in time management skills so that they could make better use of their free time by choosing activities that supported their development. To raise awareness about the importance of proper nutrition and sufficient sleep in maintaining a high quality of life by providing practical knowledge on healthy eating habits. To highlight the importance of sports activities for both the physical and mental health of young people and for their contribution to a more balanced lifestyle. To stimulate young people’s interest in nature as a way to live a more fulfilling life connected to health, sustainability, and inner satisfaction. To encourage young people to engage in volunteering, as a path to developing an active civic attitude and contributing to the overall quality of life in their communities. Through these objectives, the project achieved its mission – to create an environment where young people not only gained knowledge but also adopted new behaviors that led to a healthier, happier, and more active lifestyle.
